Prescribe My Fitness started with a simple frustration: most health and fitness tools online are either locked behind a paywall, cluttered with confusing features, or built around calorie-counting systems that don't work for everyone.

So we built something different, a set of straightforward, free tools that help you track what matters, without the noise.

Our team includes a certified health improvement coach, personal trainer, and exercise referral practitioner with a background in public health. We create simple, low-impact fitness and wellness content to help beginners, busy adults, and people with health concerns exercise safely at home.

What We Believe
